ADHD Therapy

Find Focus. Reduce Overwhelm. Feel More in Control.

If your mind feels scattered, overwhelmed, or constantly “on,” it can be exhausting.
ADHD can affect your work, school, relationships, and daily life in ways that feel frustrating and hard to explain.

If you’re constantly trying to keep up, manage distractions, or stay organized, you’re not alone—and it’s not about effort.

With the right support, it’s possible to feel more in control, reduce overwhelm, and build habits that actually work.

Appointments are available this week.

Do you feel like your brain won't slow down?

You start things but struggle to finish them.
You feel overwhelmed by tasks that seem simple for others.
You procrastinate—even when you care.
You’re constantly trying to “catch up.”

It’s not about laziness or lack of effort.
ADHD affects how your brain manages attention, time, and energy.

What's really going on?

ADHD is more than just focus:

It can impact your work, school, relationships, and how you feel about yourself. Many people with ADHD feel frustrated, misunderstood, or stuck in cycles of overwhelm.

 You might notice:

  • difficulty with organization
  • emotional ups and downs
  • trouble following through
  • feeling mentally exhausted

Meet Jenna

Jenna works with teens and adults who feel overwhelmed, scattered, or stuck trying to keep up with daily demands. She has specialized training in ADHD treatment and helps clients better understand how their brain works while building practical strategies that make life feel more manageable.

Her approach is supportive, structured, and focused on creating real-life systems that actually work.

She also works with couples and supports teens navigating school and emotional stress. As a military spouse, she understands the realities of busy, changing schedules and brings a practical, understanding approach to her work.

Need therapy after work or school?

Jenna offers evening telehealth appointments, making it easier to stay consistent without disrupting your day.
