Infertility and pregnancy loss can affect emotional well-being, relationships, family plans, and hopes for the future. About 1 in 8 couples experience trouble conceiving and/or carrying a child to term. Counseling offers a supportive place to process what you’re experiencing and consider what you need as you navigate your reproductive journey.
Rachel has years of clinical experience in assisting individuals and couples in navigating infertility, pregnancy loss, and reproductive mental health challenges, alongside lived experiences that have further contributed to her passion in working with this population. Personal and professional experiences and growth have aided Rachel in understanding lingo, myths, and navigating multifaceted layers of challenges and growth during one’s reproductive journey.

Fertility care can involve complex medical information, difficult decisions, and long periods of uncertainty. Rachel is familiar with fertility treatments and testing, including recurrent miscarriage testing and reproductive immunology treatment. She continues her clinical education and stays informed about developments in reproductive mental health, medicine, and law.
Rachel's approach is trauma-informed and includes training in Written Exposure Therapy to further support people experiencing reproductive trauma. Rachel also has Level 3 training in Gottman Method couples counseling and is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine.
Whether you’re coping with a loss, facing another treatment decision, feeling strain in your relationship, or reconsidering what family might look like, counseling can offer support as you decide what comes next.
