• Anxiety in teens and young adults • Relationship patterns and attachment-related concerns • Overwhelm, stress, and emotional regulation • ADHD and executive functioning challenges • Organization, time management, and follow-through • Older elementary children navigating school and behavioral challenges
Jenna also works with couples to improve communication and navigate challenges related to stress, life demands, and relationship patterns.
As a military spouse, she understands the realities of changing schedules and high-demand environments and brings a flexible, real-life approach to therapy.

Amanda works with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, OCD, overthinking, perfectionism, and life stressors. She helps clients break free from mental loops, reduce overwhelm, and feel more confident in their day-to-day lives.

Amanda works with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, OCD, overthinking, perfectionism, and life stressors. She helps clients break free from mental loops, reduce overwhelm, and feel more confident in their day-to-day lives.
She is trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and continues to deepen her skills through ongoing clinical training and consultation. Amanda also provides trauma-focused treatment using Written Exposure Therapy (WET).
For clients who wish to incorporate their faith, she offers Christian-based counseling as part of the therapeutic process.
Amanda works with both individuals and couples and has completed Level 1 training in the Gottman Method to support healthier communication and stronger relationships.
As a military spouse, she understands the unique challenges of deployment, transition, and uncertainty, and brings that perspective into her work.

Her approach is client-centered and culturally responsive, focusing on meeting each person where they are while helping them build practical coping skills, confidence, and resilience. Hope is especially passionate about supporting clients in managing stress, improving emotional awareness, and strengthening family relationships.
In addition to accepting most insurances, Hope also offers a reduced self-pay rate.
Hope is supervised by Dr. Rachel Padalino, LPC.
